Christian Youth In Action® (CYIA™) is a program designed to train youth (ages 14 -18 yrs) to teach children about God in effective, engaging ways. You will attend a two-week training school in Warrenton, Missouri, to learn to present the Gospel clearly at a child’s level, counsel a child toward salvation, and lead a dynamic club ministry for kids. Components of this club include teaching a Bible lesson, sharing a real-life missionary story, presenting a Bible verse, and leading songs, games, and a fun review time.
After training, you will return to your local area and teach clubs at various locations with a team of other Jr. CYIA and CYIA. These clubs take place out in the community with predominantly unsaved kids who don’t regularly attend church. You will be able to take the light of the Gospel to them in their apartment complexes, day care centers, neighborhoods, schools, and other community locations. You will choose to teach two weeks out of the five available during the summer.

Jr. Christian Youth In Action (Jr. CYIA) is a shorter program designed to train youth ages 12-13 to teach memory verses, songs, games, and prayer time. You will attend a local 4-hour training and a one-day training in Columbia, Missouri.
